1 Definitions

"Account" means the personal account registered by a player on the bdg222 Platform. "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by bdg222 subject to wagering requirements. "Platform" means the bdg222 website, mobile site, and all associated gaming and betting services. "Wager" means any bet or stake placed on a game, sporting event, or other outcome available on the Platform. "Operator" means bdg222, the entity responsible for the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on bdg222, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of this Agreement.

These Terms may be updated periodically. You will be notified of material changes via the Platform notification centre or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revision, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To open an Account on bdg222, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted).
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by bdg222 for any breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have provided accurate, truthful, and complete registration information.

bdg222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

4 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or through third parties — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bdg222 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility until you formally notify bdg222 of unauthorised access in writing to [email protected]. bdg222 will never request your password through any channel including live chat, telephone, or email.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance above ৳500 will be processed to the player's verified withdrawal method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdg222 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform does not apply currency conversion fees on Taka-denominated transactions. The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Supported deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard.
• Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with the support team.
• Processing time: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Card withdrawals may take 2–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Verification hold: First withdrawals and withdrawals above ৳25,000 are subject to enhanced identity verification before processing.

bdg222 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Players are encouraged to retain transaction records for their personal reference.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, bdg222 offers promotional bonuses, cashback rewards, free spins, and seasonal promotional credits to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in the individual promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for the promotion. Unmet wagering within that period results in forfeiture of the bonus and associated bonus winnings.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless the Platform explicitly permits stacking.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from bonus play, once wagering requirements are fully met, convert to withdrawable real-money funds.
• bdg222 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagers already placed under the promotion's terms at the time of cancellation are honoured.

Players who are found to have abused promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, bet hedging across multiple accounts, or exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith play — will have bonuses voided and may have their Accounts closed.

7 Gaming Rules & Betting Conduct

All casino games and sports bets on bdg222 are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or market before placing a wager. General conduct rules include:

• Wagers placed are final once confirmed. bdg222 will not reverse a confirmed wager except in the event of a technical error attributable to the Platform.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the Platform's displayed odds or game outcome and the game provider's server records, the server records shall prevail.
• Sports bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) at the time of final settlement. bdg222 may apply its own settlement rules in cases of event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement as specified in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within the game interface and may be adjusted by bdg222 at any time.
• In the event of a game or system malfunction during play, bdg222 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's Account Balance.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on bdg222 and constitute grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place wagers without human oversight.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display glitches for financial gain without immediately reporting them to support.
• Using the Platform in connection with any unlawful activity, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Attempting to charge back a deposit transaction through a payment provider after funds have been wagered on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or similar service in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or Platform security measures.

bdg222 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence bodies. Any confirmed instances of money laundering or fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities without further notice to the Account holder.

9 Responsible Gaming

bdg222 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all players. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible through the Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term exclusion from all bdg222 services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the nominated exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of this content in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of bdg222.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by bdg222 under valid licence agreements.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdg222 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from unauthorised Account access where the player has failed to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Interruptions to service arising from scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failure, or circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error, provided the Operator takes reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms limits bdg222's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the bdg222 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

bdg222 implements SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform. Passwords are stored using cryptographic hashing and are never accessible in plain text by Platform staff. Financial transaction data is handled in compliance with the security standards applicable to our payment partners.

13 Suspension & Termination

bdg222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring Account suspension.

In the event of Account termination for cause, bdg222 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a breach, the Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where investigation finds no breach, any withheld funds will be returned to the player promptly.

14 Changes to These Terms

bdg222 may amend these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect, via the Platform notification centre or by email to the address registered on the Account.

The most significant changes introduced in the January 2026 revision of these Terms are: (a) updated minimum withdrawal threshold to ৳500; (b) addition of Upay and Dutch-Bangla Bank to the supported payment methods list; (c) expanded detail on the cooling-off and self-exclusion process in Section 9; (d) clarification of the sports bet settlement rules for abandoned matches in Section 7.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bdg222 Platform shall first be submitted to the bdg222 support team for resolution. The support team will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a full resolution within 14 days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
